The SupportStone will support you in ways that you will never be consciously aware of. Some effects are so subtle that there is no way to measure or, for most people, to even consciously detect them. The SupportStone will have subtle effects on your body that you will not notice unless you have a way of "checking" for them. When energies or frequencies become available and accessible, the corresponding human systems will do what they are designed to do naturally — homeostaysis.
Some of the body systems are so fundamental and the Fundamental Archetypal frequencies (FuAfs) in the SupportStone so influential, the positive effects can be evidenced without a conscious choice for a FuAf. In other words, just wearing the SupportStone will produce measurable, positive effects. Some such systems are:
Each of these systems has been tested under clinical conditions. Each has shown a measurable increase when a SupportStone is worn and no conscious choice for a FuAf is made. Strength and endurance are harder to check for without some equipment and controlled conditions. However, balance, flexibility and coordination can easily be checked almost anywhere with no equipment except a SupportStone. Simple instructions are below and don't let the graphics scare you, as they do not represent the position to take.
Each of these Support Checks will produce undeniable, yet unexplainable, results that are universally desirable. Particularly for people who are challenged in any of the systems. And for anyone who is active, especially those who participate in sports or outdoor activities, the observable enhancement to any, let alone all, of these systems gives them an edge.
There are so many ways the SupportStone can enhance the human experience.
Have someone stand erect with their arms by their side, with toes and heels together, facing you. Face them and step to the left, so that your right arm and their right arm are touching, front to front. (You can also do with the left arm.) Have them make a cup with their right hand facing their side.
Now place your right fist into their cupped hand. Tell them that you are going to push STRAIGHT down as they do their best to remain straight and maintain their balance without bending at the waist. Push STRAIGHT DOWN with a slow steady pressure, increasing the amount of your weight that you apply to their cupped hand. They will shortly find themselves being taken off balance, due to their narrow balance point as a result of their toes and heels being together. Repeat this two or three times, having them get a sense for the point at which they went off balance.
Then place a SupportStone in their other hand for them to hold. Repeat the check. Push with a slow steady pressure increasing the amount of your weight that you apply to their cupped hand. They will find themselves (usually with much surprise) maintaining their balance even though their toes and heels are still together.
Have someone stand straight (but not rigid) with their feet comfortably apart, arms by their sides.
Preferably have someone stand behind them. If no one is available, you can stand behind them. Tell them to keep their feet planted and turn their shoulders in the direction of their choice, as far as they"comfortably" can. No need to strain. Mark the point at which they stop with a vertical hand. Be sure to hold that spot as you tell them to return to the front.
Place the SupportStone in either of their hands without moving the vertical hand. With the vertical hand in the same position, marking the previous point of flexibility, have them turn again "comfortably" with no strain. More ease and an increase of a few inches is usually experienced.
Have someone lie on their back, legs straight together, arms by their side. Now ask them to raise an opposite arm and leg (their choice) and point them to the ceiling. Tell them to resist as you push them straight apart.
Place the palm of your hand, one on the wrist and one on the ankle, and push with a slow, steadily increasing pressure. Simply have them observe the results as you repeat the test once or twice. Let them relax for just a moment.
Place the SupportStone on their abdomen and repeat the check. They will find an increased ability to coordinate their strength and energy between the two limbs.
Scientifically, we can't tell you why or how some of this works, but it does. Check it out for yourself and see.
Place the SupportStone, up to the bail or cord (you don't want to get it wet), into a cup of coffee or glass of wine for a few seconds. Remove the SupportStone and taste. Amazingly, the bitterness is gone from them. Some users will not drink their coffee or their wine any other way after having "checked" it out. Try it!
Ready for more fun? Now, after taking a drink of the infused liquid and while not wearing the SupportStone, perform any of the Support Checks above, balance being the easiest and most convenient. You will get the same result you get when wearing the SupportStone. The liquid will hold the frequencies for 60-90 minutes, give or take. By ingesting the enhanced liquid, the frequencies become assimilated by the body and the effect will last proportionately.
When you think about it, it might be a good idea to add the frequencies to whatever you're drinking.
